After months of ongoing negotiations, the M.T.C.U has successfully signed a favourable agreement for its Tug Malta members. At the helm and guidance of the President Dr Refalo the Union has achieved new innovative working conditions and significant wage increases. The Union wishes to thank all their members for their co-operation and for the fruitful outcome.
When questioned, M.T.C.U.s Vice President, Mr. Mark Puglisevich stated that he was pleased with the outcome and hopes that these conditions will help solidify the relationship between the management and its employees for further years to come.
