After months of ongoing negotiations, the M.T.C.U has successfully signed a favourable agreement for the Gozo Channel Officers. At the helm and guidance of the President Dr Refalo and General Secretary Mr C Galea, the Union has managed to work and solve the ongoing concerns that its members had encountered over the last few years.
When questioned, M.T.C.U.s General Secretary Mr C Galea stated that he was pleased with the outcome and hopes that this new agreement and conditions, such as the new crew roster, increased wages and many more benefits will help solidify a growing relationship between the management and its employees for further years to come.
