The absolute majority of Gozo Channel Deck & Engine Officers voted in favour of joining M.T.C.U. after an Annual General Meeting held recently. The Gozo Channel Officers join Tug Malta Ltd employees in said Union and strengthen M.T.C.U.s local Maritime presence.
The main aim of M.T.C.U. is to incorporate the Local Seafaring Community and sharing of information amongst its members for their benefit.
When questioned, M.T.C.U.s Vice President, Mr. Mark Puglisevich stated that this is what the union was made for and that any Seafarers are welcome to follow in Gozo Channel and Tug Malta’s footsteps.
